Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Details
Candidates qualifying CBT will proceed to the PET stage. The ratio of candidates called for PET will be three times the number of vacancies. The PET is qualifying in nature, and the criteria are as follows:
For Male Candidates:
- Should lift and carry 35 kg for 100 meters in 2 minutes without putting it down.
- Should complete a 1,000-meter run in 4 minutes and 15 seconds in one attempt.
For Female Candidates:
- Should lift and carry 20 kg for 100 meters in 2 minutes without putting it down.
- Should complete a 1,000-meter run in 5 minutes and 40 seconds in one attempt.
